The Day After Christmas – Dinner

On the day after Christmas, we return to our regular dinner offering from 5:00–11:00 pm (last seating at 10:00 pm).

Together with our dedicated team, local farmers, hunters, and producers, and our vibrant Michelberger Farm in the Spreewald, we create culinary experiences that invite people to come together and enjoy.

Our ingredients are delivered fresh daily and sourced predominantly from organic farming. They follow the natural rhythm of the seasons and are reflected in the diversity of our evening menu. We prepare our dishes with great care and attention, bringing their stories to the plate.

For groups, we serve our exclusive Carte Blanche dinner at €55 per person.

It includes a variety of starters, bread from our in-house bakery, main courses with sides, and a dessert. Everything is served family-style in the center of the table, encouraging a shared dining experience.
