Champagne & Friends
Please feel warmly invited to join us at our hotel on New Year’s Eve as we look towards the new year together!
Warm-up:
Oysters & Champagne in the bar from 2 pm.
That’s when the music starts with our resident Daniel, followed by Swedish master of wax Emma Isabella, and then from 10:30 pm until late, the DJ’s DJ, Amir Abdullah from NYC.
Dinner:
Meanwhile, over in the restaurant, we are pleased to present a very special dinner – both a reflection of how our restaurant has developed over the last 12 months, while also being a suitably indulgent celebration worthy of Silvester!
Over 4 courses and 5 wines, we will explore and honour Champagne as well as its grape varietals. We’ve cherry-picked 3 grower Champagnes which beautifully express the identity of the place and of their producer, as well as 2 still wines from other regions.
The kitchen team has designed the following menu of 4 individually plated courses (plus canapés) to complement these exceptional wines. There is a vegetarian menu which can also be adjusted to be vegan. Please let us know if you would like a vegetarian or vegan menu at the time of booking.

Tickets for the dinner, which includes all food, wine, water and coffee are 180€ per person.
