Thursday 29 March – PAIR feat. I’m A Kombo – The Social Act
Lasse Askov and Bo Lindegaard of I’m A Kombo will return to the hotel to put on a dinner quite unlike any other. Bo and Lasse have a rare and creative approach to food. They make food that is experimental, interactive, visual, challenging and delicious!
This is the third time they’ve come down from Copenhagen to cook at the hotel. The dinner on the 29th will be held in our private dining space called the Whiskey Room and will be the next in our PAIR series – occasions all about collaboration and the celebration of beautiful food and wine. Details of the full concept here.
Sunday 1 April – Brunch and Music
Sundays in Berlin are for friends, family and food. Add some warming music and a long weekend and you’ve got a pretty perfect day…
On the 1st April we’ll have a matinee show from Aaron Roche in the lobby. Last year he released a striking and wistful album which was described as being as captivating as it is beautiful and strange. From 3 pm, we’ll have our house DJ Volker in the bar all afternoon too.
And over in the restaurant, we’ll be putting on a classic fry-up with our go-to sausage guy Simon, AKA The Sausage Man Never Sleeps. You can expect suitable brunch beverages (i.e cocktails), music and fun! More details here.
Hope to see you soon!
