Valentine’s Day at Michelberger Restaurant (Berlin)
This one’s for love and true connection. Bring your favorite people and gather around the table at our restaurant in Berlin-Friedrichshain. A carefully curated four-course regional menu awaits you, crafted from ingredients that preserve the warmth of late summer.
The set menu begins with our homemade sourdough bread and butter, followed by a delicate celeriac broth with potato and horseradish, salsify with spruce and pottage croquette with rye and red cabbage.
Confit pike-perch fillet paired with ornamental quince will be followed by deer leg with lingonberry as main serving, combined with a handful of surprise side dishes.
The menu concludes on a sweet note with burnt meringue, beetroot, and preserved sour blossoms from last year.
As always, a vegan version of the menu will be available.
The menu is priced at €80 per person and includes four courses.
For an additional drinks pairing you can choose between an alcohol free option (30€) and a thoughtfully curated wine pairing (€35).
