MXPSM Spirits x Cheese Pairing
Lots of Cheese and a Light Buzz
What could be better than sitting together in good company, with fine Brandenburg cheese and Berlin spirits before you, diving deep into the history and philosophy of liqueur and cheese? Exactly—nothing!
In this cozy gathering, handcrafted Brandenburg cheeses from Yule and Paul (Urstromkaese) meet the refined spirits of MXPSM – Michelberger × Preußische Spirituosen Manufaktur.
British cheese philosopher Ned Palmer will guide you through a delightfully tipsy exploration between cheese and distillate. At the heart of the evening are six cheeses, including a special collaboration: Mulberry, washed with quince and sour cherry brandy, inspired by the legendary Époisses. Alongside, a selection of MXPSM spirits will be tasted, revealing surprising flavor connections — from fruity and floral to complex and spicy.
Instead of dry theory, expect a lively exchange where you’ll taste, mix, and discuss together. An evening about flavor, craftsmanship, and the joy of experimentation. Humorous, interactive, and guaranteed to expand your palate.
