Yogic Anatomy, Ayurveda & Celestial Communication

Join us from 8 – 10 December at the Michelberger Hotel for another special gathering to deepen your yogic knowledge, to move, to breath and to chant together in sacred community.

Panch Nishan and Caro Eder will take us further with exploring Yogic Anatomy, focusing on the nadis, vayus, mudras, chakras, tattvas, gunas and the power of the navel point. We will also venture into Yogic Lifecycles, and Lena Gross, an ayurvedic expert, will take us on a journey through the basics of ayurveda and yogic lifestyle.   We will close this weekend with a beautiful 2 hour session of celestial communication.
