Introducing Fine Wine Wednesdays with Josh Fine, our in-house sommelier!

Passionate about wines from every little corner of the universe, he decided it was high time to share them with you on a weekly basis. Josh and the bar team be hosting Fine Wine Wednesdays (pun absolutely intended) in the Wine Bar & Courtyard.

Every Wednesday, Josh will take you on a deep dive into the wines of a certain maker or region while you indulge in snacks from our new seasonal bar menu. Whenever a maker is in town, they will team up with Josh for an extra-special evening.

This week, for the second instalment of Fine Wine Wednesdays we will be highlighting the stellar wines of Malinga!
Malinga is the side-project of Christoph Heiss, a young winemaker from the Kamptal region of Austria. Having taken over his family winery as the head winemaker, the Malinga wines are his opportunity to have a bit more freedom to make wines he wants to make! These are clean, pure, and crystalline natural wines, fun and enjoyable, but also with a sense of place.

We will be offering a selection of his delicious wines, including some two whites, two skin-contact oranges, a rosé, and a red. All his wines are bursting with energy and freshness. As we move towards spring, these wines will help you get in the mood for sunshine and bluer skies!
