Summer of Farm Feasts
Over the summer we hosted a series of Lunch Feasts on our Farm. In the middle of our regenerative food forest, we harvested, cooked and dined together. The plates were overflowing with imaginative produce-driven dishes, curated wines & cocktails, and we enjoyed music and merriment from friends. Nearly every herb, flower, fruit and vegetable we served was harvested directly from the Farm, with the rest sourced from one of our trusted local partners. On various guided tours, the Farm team shared their in-depth knowledge of how the principles of regenerative agriculture are being implemented to grow a unique and abundant variety of products. Furthermore, construction of our Farmhouse is well underway, and we look forward to welcoming guests to a countryside experience upon its completion, expected next spring. We are immensely grateful to our dedicated farm team, whose efforts continue to supply Michelberger Restaurant, Bar and ORA, our sister restaurant, with produce, herbs, fruits and berries, nurture a self-sustaining regenerative farm-to-table experience.
