Lift Off Episode 14 – Pat McCabe

For this 14th episode, we called in Pat McCabe. Drawing from the themes of We Will Dance With Mountains, Bayo Akomolafe’s course to be launched, we talked about ecological restoration, indigenous wisdom and upholding the honor of being human. Pat McCabe (Weyakpa Najin Win, Woman Stands Shining) is an international voice for global peace, a healer and speaker of the Diné / Navajo people. She draws upon the Indigenous sciences of Thriving Life to reframe questions about sustainability and balance, and is devoted to supporting the next generations Women’s Nation and Men’s Nation, in being functional members of the “Hoop of Life”.

Lift Off is a series of dialogues, hosted from Michelberger’s courtyard in Berlin. We engage in discussions with people who offer an outlook, a way forward, by example and by knowledge. People who are reflective, confident and clear. Who are ready, have practices, ideas and solutions, ready to shape what comes next. Connecting and bridging people that offer lighthouses to their communities and beyond.
