YOGA at Michelberger
We’re really pleased to now be offering a yoga class each Monday evening for our hotel guests in our serene studio up on the second floor.
At 6:30 pm Jadi leads us through a class which is both a relaxing and powerful way to start the week. Jadi is a dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher and the integration between body, mind and spirit is integral to her practice. She studies Nada and Mudra yoga and her classes are based on the Vinyasa method.
The class is for one hour and is free for all guests staying with us. Please register your attendance beforehand at reception.
Our Yoga studio is up on the 2nd floor. Guests are welcome to use the space for their own private practice too.
