Richard’s Wild × Michelberger
The next BBQ in collaboration with our wonderful suppliers is coming up this Sunday 23 July. Last time we grilled alongside The Sausage Man Never Sleeps, this time Guido Richard of Richard’s Wild will bring his wares to the Hof.
Guido is our hunter and supplies us with wild deer, wild boar, and foraged herbs and mushrooms, all of which come from the fields of Brandenburg.
MENU
- Roe deer burger, wild rocket, beetroot ketchup
- Game sausage, black pudding, potato flatbread, sorrel mayonnaise
- Wild boar cutlet, smoked apple sauce, grilled spring onions
- Grilled portobello mushroom, forest herbs, zucchini ceviche
- all served with sweet potato salad, cabbage caraway salad and housemade BBQ sauce.
Emily and the restaurant team have selected some delicious wines to accompany the food and there’ll be summery Sunday sounds from Florian and Milena into the evening. Here’s a sample of the fine work they did at the last BBQ.
