News from the kitchen

Our major kitchen renovation is entering the home straight and the job will soon be done. But it’s not just the hardware that has been overhauled. During the last weeks, Alan, Julian and the crew have taken the opportunity to look at every aspect of how the restaurant runs to see what can be tweaked, improved or renewed. New wines have been tested, crockery has been compared, service has been studied and menus have been reimagined. Of course, in the end, it’s all about the food, so there has been a lot of cooking and tasting going on too.

In two weeks our kitchen will reopen and we are very excited to share with you the fruits of this intense period of renewal very soon…
