Natural Wine Weekend
We’re bringing natural wine to our hotel and to celebrate that, we’re having a weekend of food, wine & music on June 13-14, each day from 4 pm onwards.
Together with our friends – sommeliers & chefs Dan Wilson & Magnus Reid, we’ve chosen a diverse selection of what we think are the most interesting, delicious and intriguing natural wines from around the world. There’ll be 40+ wines including those from Gabrio Bini, Le Coste, Gut Oggau, Tschida, Marco Buratti, Domaine de L’Octavin, Pearl Morissette, Peter Jakob Kühn, Mauro Vergano & Aleks Klinec. There’ll be the juiciest of nebbiolos, the driest of rieslings, the most joyous of orange wines as well as a handful of unicorn wines. They’ll be open by the glass for tasting, with sommeliers on hand should you wish to learn more.
The wine will all be accompanied by food from our restaurant which complements the flavours of the wine being served. This weekend will take place outside in our courtyard. Let there be music, let there be wine!
