What’s Happened
Our Restaurant Full Circle
Over the last month, we’ve been living through colourful Tiki Taka times. And one of the great stars of the show was the food!
From tattooed pork to pickled gherkins to herbal salads to spätzle to snobrød to frozen margaritas to flammkuchen to foraged flowers to vertical buffets to cured salmon to fermented borscht, our kitchen team has been collaborating with our friends from London, Copenhagen, Warsaw and Berlin to produce food of great quality, freshness and originality, food full of fun, prepared healthily, which made us all feel alive and got us through the long nights of concerts and nail-biting football. You can see for yourself below.
This was the very first time our restaurant had been open every night for an extended period and our kitchen team were so happy with its success and the energy and joy it generated within them, that it is their wish to keep that wonderful momentum going.
Now and onwards, our restaurant will be open not only for breakfast and lunch but also in the nights.
Tuesdays to Sundays, 7 pm – 11 pm.
